Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Retail Manager, based in Subang Jaya, with opportunities for some remote work. The Retail Manager will oversee store operations, ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction, lead and manage sales strategies, and supervise team performance. The role also involves analyzing sales data, maintaining inventory levels, and implementing best practices to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with a focus on ensuring Customer SatisfactionTeam Management experience, including the ability to motivate and lead staff effectivelyProven Sales skills and the ability to drive sales growthAnalytical and problem-solving abilities to manage operations efficientlyMore than 30 years of retail experience with international and local retail chainPrior experience in retail management or a similar leadership role is advantageousGood organizational and multitasking skills for dynamic retail environments
