Retail Store Executive

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Executive located in the Colombo District. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, managing retail operations, driving sales targets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store activities. The Retail Store Executive will also maintain product displays, analyze sales data, and ensure an optimal customer experience while adhering to company policies and standards.QualificationsPreparing the items in store daily for sales. Executing sales and customer to walk in customers. Invoicing and packing items as per SOP. Preparing online sales for dispatch. Stock reconciliation at the day's end based on sales.
