About Your RoleA Revenue & Margin Growth Manager at CCEP is focused on the delivery of our long-range plan (LRP) as well as our in-year optimisation and is responsible for the price, promotional and program guidance to deliver it. This role supports the At Home Channel, covering Supermarkets, Discounters and Ecommerce in Australia.Delivering our LRP will be achieved by enabling our people to make better data and insight informed pricing, promotional and investment decisions as well as empowering our people with clarity around our future direction, confidence in approach and fit for purpose tools.This role requires strong planning, agile thinking, great communication and attention to detail as you navigate through formulating program optimisation recommendations and engaging stakeholders to deliver them. Performance reporting, good management routines and ROI evaluations will be important inputs.Success in this role will be defined by organisational adoption of plans as much as content creation so it is essential that the individual in this role is a great communicator, collaborator, and stakeholder manager.
