We believe that a diverse and inclusive team drives innovation and success, and we are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment where everyone can grow and contribute to a sustainable future.JOB PURPOSE:Supporting Geo Risk Manager in risk review activities including data gathering by regular interactions with all the Construction, Operations & O&M teams on regular basis and providing required inputs on Risk aggregation and Risk quantification.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: · Communicating with relevant internal stakeholders for data gathering and support related to risk management activities.· Support in conducting periodic and on-demand risk reviews with the Construction & operations project entities.· Adhering to the reporting timelines in line with the Geo Risk Management Committee and Project Companies Boards. · Ensuring quality and accuracy of risk registers and reports. · Monitoring the external context via the specified channels in monthly frequency and providing inputs to GEO risk manager. · Reporting uncertainties with potential influence on risks to the relevant internal stakeholders.· Engaging in periodic meetings at Project Level to stay up to date and provide inputs where needed.· Reporting & Analysis1) Conducting risk aggregation from project level to the Geo level in line with the Corporate Risk Management requirements.2) Support in risk quantification in line with the corporate guidelines.· Ensuring Compliance on Risk Management in Project Companies by ensuring risk management policy and procedure sign-off as well as risk reporting formats.· Support in ensuring Risk Culture adaptation across all the functions and entities in the GEO· Onboarding new risk owners and risk champions for risk management, and ensure adequate training provided· Visiting the project sites for familiarization and delivering risk management sessions to the project teams in coordination with risk owners and risk champions.· Supporting departmental periodic and on-demand activities.· Oversee the day-to-day work of the team by providing guidance, encouraging teamwork, and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards and ensure that employees’ activities are performed in a timely, efficient, and effective manner.· Implement approved departmental policies, processes, and procedures, and ensure employee adherence so that work is carried out to the required standard.· Contribute to, and participate in, the identification and implementation of change initiatives, programmes, and projects in line with the organization’s standards.QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:Minimum years of ExperienceMinimum of 5-6 years of general relevant experience in Risk Management. 2. Experience in in Renewable Energy domain is preferred. 3. Minimum of 3-5 years of people management experience. 4. Degree in Engineering & desirable in Finance / MBA with sound technical & business understandingOther required skillsEnterprise Risk Management, Financial Analysis, MS Office, GRC Software
