Job Description

Job Purpose:To manage and maintain accurate, complete, and optimized product information within the ERP system (Odoo) and across all sales channels. The role ensures that all product data, descriptions, specifications, and digital content are up to date, consistent, and aligned with company standards for sales, marketing, and operations use.Responsibilities:Maintain complete and accurate product information within the ERP system (Odoo).Create, update, and optimize product data including names, specifications, attributes, pricing, and classifications.Upload and organize product images, datasheets, and related documentation.Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and marketing departments to ensure product information is accurate and current.Prepare and maintain product templates for bulk data import/export.Ensure website product content (titles, short/long descriptions, SEO tags) is accurate and well-presented.Conduct regular audits of product data and report discrepancies or improvement needs.Support the integration and synchronization of product data across multiple sales channels.Contribute to improving the structure and organization of the product catalog.Adhere to company data standards, procedures, and version control practices. Note: The principal accountabilities listed above are an illustrative list and not an exhaustive list. Additional responsibilities may be added from time to time depending on organizational requirements. Qualification & Experience:•   Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Marketing, or related  field.•  2–4 years of experience in product data management, ERP systems, or e-commerce content management.•  Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (or similar ERP system) preferred.•  Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data import/export tools.•  Attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in managing large datasets.•  Understanding of e-commerce content standards and SEO best practices (a plus).•  Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments.
