With branches in Dammam, Riyadh, Khobar, Jubail, and Al Hassa, ALHAZM ensures accessibility and distribution of products throughout Saudi Arabia.Job Purpose:The Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and facilitating employee development initiatives and managing the logistics of all training programs. This role involves assessing training needs, planning and scheduling sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training to ensure employees have the necessary skills for their roles and for career growth within the company.Responsibilities:·         Needs Assessment: Collaborate with the HR Manager and department heads to conduct organization-wide needs assessments and identify skill gaps or areas for improvement.·         Program Development & Coordination: Organize, develop, and source training programs, which may include designing in-house materials, coordinating with external vendors, and selecting appropriate methods (e.g., e-learning, on-the-job, classroom instruction).·         Logistics & Administration: Handle all logistical aspects of training activities, including scheduling sessions, booking venues, managing equipment/materials, and tracking attendance.·         Record Keeping & Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee training records and certifications in the HR Information System (HRIS) or Learning Management System (LMS). Ensure all mandatory and compliance-related training is completed on time.·         Evaluation & Reporting: Design and apply assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs on employee skills and KPIs. Gather feedback from trainers and trainees and report outcomes and recommendations to the HR Manager.·         Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, specifically coordinating their orientation and initial job-specific training schedules.·         Budget Management: Monitor the budget allocated for training activities and ensure cost-effective delivery of programs.Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about new training methods, techniques, and industry trends to recommend innovative approaches to the HR Manager.Note: The principal accountabilities listed above are an illustrative list and not an exhaustive list. Additional responsibilities may be added from time to time depending on organizational requirements. Qualification & Experience: v  Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field, or a combination of education and relevant experience.v  Experience: Proven work experience (typically 2+ years) as a Training Coordinator, Training Facilitator, or in a similar HR-related role.v  Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and web delivery tools.v  Soft Skills:      Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with all levels of staff and external vendors.Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. v  Preferred QualificationsRelevant professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CPTD).Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.Experience in the specific industry of the company (e.g., Industrial Tools, Industrial Equipment or industrial Machine) is often a plus.
