Support in maintaining the job grading system based on Korn Ferry Hay methodology.Conduct job analysis and evaluations for new and revised roles.Ensure alignment between job descriptions, grades, and salary structures.Compensation ManagementParticipate in developing and maintaining salary structures and pay ranges.Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary surveys.Prepare annual merit, promotion, and allowance review data.Analyze internal equity and provide recommendations for adjustments.Benefits AdministrationManage employee benefits (allowances, housing, transportation, etc.).Support in reviewing and updating benefits policies based on market trends and legal updates.HR Analytics & ReportingPrepare compensation analytics and dashboards to support management decisions.Support HR budgeting and cost modeling exercises.Ensure accuracy of compensation-related data in HR systems.Compliance & GovernanceEnsure adherence to Saudi Labor Law and company policies.Support audits and documentation of compensation-related decisions.5 Years experience
