By providing proactive insights, Observia AI helps teams ensure compliance, improve safety standards, and mitigate risks in various work environments.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, remote Safety Analyst position based in Washington, DC. The Safety Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and interpreting safety data from our system, ensuring compliance with Environment Health and Safety (EHS) standards. Daily tasks include analyzing safety-related incidents, preparing detailed reports, training employees on safety practices, and providing recommendations to improve workplace conditions. The role also involves effective communication and collaboration with multiple departments to enhance overall safety protocols.QualificationsStrong analytical skills to assess data trends and identify potential risksExcellent communication and training capabilities to educate teams on safety protocolsKnowledge of Environment Health and Safety (EHS) regulations and practicesUnderstanding of occupational health and safety standardsProficiency in using analytics software or tools is a plusDetail-oriented with a proactive approach to workplace safety improvementsBachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field is preferredPrior experience in a safety or compliance role is advantageous
