Mô tả công việcLiaise with dealers for shipping documents including Sales Order Delivery, packing list, delivery report, delivery order, certificate of manufacture, CO/CQ, customer clearance, invoice for customers…Provide Accounting with original docs for payment process.Check & manage customer general contracts and authorize PO.Work with transportation vendors to book shipment and manage shipment fee.Apply and check data in system.Maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing weekly / monthly reports.Weekly practice Account Receivable.Yêu cầu công việcEducation: college degree, preferred in business/supply chain management/logistic related field.Work experience: fresh graduated, experience in supply chain management is an advantage.Good command in writing and speaking English.Computer skill: Microsoft office.Details oriented, hardworking, results oriented and able to work independently.Excellent interpersonal skills.Careful, good at number and excel.
