With a strong portfolio of properties, including plots, villas, and commercial/residential buildings, we strive to provide exceptional real estate solutions to our clients.Job Responsibilities:Actively sell company properties, including plots, villas, and buildings (commercial & residential)Identify and pursue potential leads, establish client relationships, and conduct property viewingsProvide accurate and up-to-date information about properties to clientsNegotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targetsCollaborate with the marketing team to promote properties effectivelyStay updated on real estate market trends and competitors' activitiesJob Requirements:Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate sales experiencePossess a valid UAE driving licenseFluency in the Arabic language (both verbal and written)Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive resultsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred Qualifications or Skills:Strong networking and relationship-building skillsProficiency in using real estate databases and online listing platformsKnowledge of marketing strategies and techniques in the real estate industryExcellent presentation and negotiation skillsAbility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferencesStrong organizational and time management abilitiesDetail-oriented with exceptional follow-up and follow-through skillsProactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with financial calculations related to real estate transactionsAbility to effectively communicate and work with diverse clients and colleaguesUnderstanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions in the UAEFamiliarity with CRM softwareStrong negotiation and persuasion skillsAbility to commute/relocate:Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Language:Arabic, English , UrduLicense/Certification:UAE Driving License (Preferred)Job Type: Full-timeExperience:Real Estate : 2 years (Required)License/Certification:UAE Driving License (Required)
