The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the car purchasing process, from inquiry to delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and engage walk-in and online customers in a professional and friendly mannerPresent, promote, and sell vehicles from our range of Chinese brands, including electric and hybrid modelsDevelop in-depth knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and financing optionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with retail and corporate clientsHandle test drives, vehicle delivery, and post-sale follow-upsWork closely with the marketing and logistics teams to manage leads and vehicle availabilityPrepare and maintain accurate sales records, contracts, and CRM updatesAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsStay updated with market trends, competitor offers, and brand updatesRequirementsMinimum 2–4 years of automotive sales experience (Chinese brand experience is a plus)Strong interpersonal and negotiation skillsFluent in English (Arabic) اللغه العربيه A UAE driving license is mandatoryKnowledge of car financing, insurance, and the RTA registration processProficient in CRM software and Microsoft OfficePassionate about cars, technology, and customer satisfactionBased in Dubai What We OfferCompetitive salary and commission structureTraining on Chinese automotive brandsDynamic and multicultural work environmentCareer growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding companyModern showroom and office facilities in DubaiSend your resume to (hr@arion.ae) with your updated resume and salary expectations.Good luck!
