You will also ensure process alignment across regions and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to enable smooth operations and deliver exceptional service. Primary Duties:Supporting Key Account Managers with account-specific daily operations, including major accounts such as Loblaw, Sobeys and WalmartPrepare account-specific presentations, item maintenance forms and promotional formsPrepare new listing / delisting documents for internal use and ensure distribution to Client ManagementAssist in preparing promotional recaps for internal and external stakeholdersAnalyze various retailer Point-of-Sale reports and market-data to provide insights to the Key Account ManagersCollaborate with support staff across the country to ensure national alignment of processes, tools, and strategiesDevelop excellent working relationships with all customers and internal stakeholdersContribute to the overall administrative operations of our Mississauga officeComply with all Standing Operational Procedures and company policies and proceduresAct as an Indigo ambassador, exemplifying our culture in all communications and interactionsQualifications Education: Degree/diploma in Business or related field preferredExperience: 2–5 years of related administrative or coordination experienceKnowledge of the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industryStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelFamiliarity with major retailers (Metro, Walmart, Sobeys, Loblaw) is a strong asset Skills & AttributesExceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProactive, self-starter with problem-solving abilitiesHighly organized and able to work independently and within a teamAdditional RequirementsAbility to sit and type for extended periodsOccasionally handle samples (up to 10 lbs)Access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license (limited travel required)While we thank all applicants for their interest in Indigo Natural Products, only selected shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
