This role combines strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset to meet service goals, generate revenue, and strengthen customer relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via different channels: phone, email, chat, or in person with professionalism and accuracy.Recommend and upsell services based on customer needs.Process orders, returns, and account updates efficiently.Resolve complaints and issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer records in the CRM to track interactions, manage the sales pipeline, and enhance overall client engagement.Collaborate with team members to improve processes and achieve business goals.We're Looking for Someone With- A bachelor's degree or a diploma in Business Administration or Marketing.- A minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales- Strong communication skills- Experience in using CRM systems- Intermediate level in English
