Our dedication to excellence ensures that every creation is a blend of functionality and artistry.Role DescriptionThe Showroom Sales Consultant serves as the face of Conceptual within the showroom. This role requires strong product knowledge, refined presentation skills, and an understanding of interior design principles to guide clients in creating bespoke spaces. The consultant will also occasionally support B2B outreach, meeting designers and developers to strengthen brand relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome clients and provide personalized consultations to understand their design needs and preferences.Present Conceptual’s collection with a focus on material quality, craftsmanship, and design narratives.Prepare and follow up on quotations, ensuring exceptional client service throughout the sales process.Maintain showroom standards, visual merchandising, and product presentation in line with brand aesthetics.Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.Occasionally support outdoor meetings with interior designers, developers, or B2B clients as required.Track leads, manage CRM updates, and support post-sale coordination with logistics.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.Minimum 3 years of sales experience in luxury furniture or interior design in the UAE.Strong aesthetic sense, design literacy, and familiarity with market trends.Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented with strong negotiation skills.Proficiency in CRM tools - Experience in Odoo is a plus
