You will play a crucial role in supporting the Chief Commercial Officer by helping identify new sales opportunities, contributing to a strong pipeline of potential clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly driven individual looking to begin their career in sales within a fast-paced SaaS environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Development Representative, you will undertake the following responsibilities as part of your day-to-day activities:Researching and identifying potential new clients, industries, and key decision-makers to support pipeline generationProactively reaching out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to schedule discovery calls and meetingsSupporting the Chief Commercial Officer in their efforts to build and maintain relationships with new and existing clientsWorking toward achievable targets for lead generationAssisting in the preparation of materials for product demonstrations and client presentationsMaintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM systemRequirementsTo be successful for this role, you will ideally meet these requirements:A keen interest in sales or business development, preferably in the SaaS industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow in a sales careerSelf-motivated, driven, and resilient in the face of challengesAbility to work independently while also being a collaborative team player Desirable but not essential: Alongside fluent English, the ability to speak one or more of our supported languages fluently - German, Mandarin, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese or FrenchKey CompetenciesIs consistently motivated, committed and able to perform duties in all situationsCommunicates and receives ideas, views and information to achieve understandingChampions NQC's values and consistently acts in a principled, open and conscientious manner, challenging unacceptable behaviourPlans and prioritises activities and resources to maximise performance and minimise errors.
