Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote position for a Sales Development Representative (SDR). As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and converting them into opportunities, working hand in hand with our sales team. You will use a variety of tactics, including cold-calling, LinkedIn messaging, email sequences, and attending in-person marketing events and conferences. You will work closely with our Chief Revenue Officer and AE team to develop prospect lists and create campaigns and sequences to improve outbound conversion.Requirements:1+ years of sales development experience preferred.Tenacity, hunger, and integrity.Energetic, a people person, independent, and able to thrive and lead in an unstructured environment.Experience with outbound automation tools such as Hubspot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, and Aircall is helpful but not required.Ability to work closely with the the go to market team to develop new business opportunities.Must be willing to learn about the insurtech industry and possess a level of industry knowledge to engage with prospects.Benefits and Compensation:Commensurate with experience and will be broken out between base and variable.Training and development opportunities available to help you grow within the company.Opportunity to grow into an Account Executive, lead an SDR team, or pivot into any role you find interesting within Chrp.
