This role is focused on high-volume outbound calling, identifying prospects, and booking qualified Zoom meetings for the sales team.No demos required — your main responsibility is to generate interest and set appointments. This position offers growth potential and future leadership opportunities for high performers.Key ResponsibilitiesMake daily outbound calls across the U.S.Use Google searches and online directories to identify clients in targeted cities and states.Navigate gatekeepers (e.g., office managers) to reach the appropriate decision-maker.Clearly communicate our value proposition and offer a live demo with a promotional incentive.Schedule qualified Zoom meetings for the senior sales representative.Follow up with warm leads and maintain consistent outreach.Log activities, calls, and outcomes accurately in HubSpot.Collaborate with the sales team to optimize scripts, outreach strategies, and conversion rates.Be comfortable with high levels of feedback, performance tracking, and frequent rejection — a key part of the role.About YouPerfect or native-level English communication skills (spoken and written).High comfort making outbound phone calls daily.Strong resilience and persistence — confident handling “no” many times a day.Ability to follow structured processes and meet weekly meeting-booking goals.Basic experience with HubSpot, Excel, and Slack (or willingness to learn quickly).Ability to work independently and stay organized with multiple prospects.No formal sales qualifications required — strong attitude and work ethic matter most.
