Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy across the USA.Lead a regional sales and marketing team, managing both direct and distributor channels.Build and optimize multi-channel go-to-market strategies.Foster long-term customer relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.Use data-driven insights to guide sales deployment and performance.Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and HR to drive success. What We’re Looking For:7+ years of sales leadership experience, including direct accountability for USA growth.Proven track record in the vision care, optometry or ophthalmic medical device industryStrong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on performance and development.Expertise in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), sales forecasting, and pricing strategies.Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
