The Sales Director will be responsible for driving sales operations in the Global Market, developing business strategies, managing a sales team, providing top-tier customer service, and spearheading business development initiatives. The Sales Director will play a pivotal role in meeting and exceeding sales targets, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.QualificationsProven experience in Sales and Sales OperationsExperience with Outbound and InboundStrong Customer Service skillsExperienced in Team Management and leading sales teamsSolid Business Development skillsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work effectively on-site in VilniusAbility to build a strong new business sales team in a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter with a passion for driving growthAbility to think strategically with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute in collaboration with other team membersProven track record of selling $10-100K annualized dealsExperience running sales in the US and UK/EU marketsExperience in the software or logistics industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldResponsibilitiesProvide strategic sales leadershipDrive execution of these sales strategies, ensuring processes and metrics are in place to hit and exceed growth targetsWork with management to define realistic but ambitious sales targetsAchieve sales targets and other KPIs within a quarterly schedule with the CEODevelop sales processes effectively, oversee sales process from qualified leads through to closeCreate a scalable, repeatable, and measurable sales process with the right leading indicatorsRecruit and retain a successful and driven sales team around you, and hire and coach the right team of high-character sales professionals that match the company profile of intelligence, curiosity, drive, and coachableReport on weekly and monthly sales forecasts, driving forecast accuracy and pipeline tracking within the teamDiligently track, update, manage, and accurately forecast new revenue in CRMMaintain product knowledge of full solutions suite; working regularly with stakeholders from different verticals (Engineering, Marketing) to ensure you're apprised of the latest commercial offerings to upsell to clientsMaintain a high level of industry knowledge, best practices, and developments within our target marketsAble to build robust relationships with C-Suite individuals at mid-market and Enterprise level entitiesWhat This Job Offers YouAbility to make a massive impact on the company's growth and successGlobal Market.
