Come join us.Job RequirementsWhat you should have..5+ years of professional experience in a Presales/ Sales Engineering role with SaaS Enterprise solutions working in the Revenue/Sales department Experience managing the technical side of the sales cycle end-to-end, with a clear understanding of the entire sales cycleA solid understanding of the Eastern European marketLocal language skills (e.g. Polish, Ukrainian, Russian)Experience with sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC)Experience working in both enterprise and startup environmentsExperience with HCM software solutions including: Core HR, Compensation, Talent, Learning, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Payroll and BenefitsProven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutionsAbility to handle complex technical conversations with all levels of hierarchy (e.g. CTO/CIO)The ability to relay technical information to non-technical customersSelf Starter with a curious mindset , resourceful, and solutions orientedStrong presentation skills; story tellerA passion for winning, with a team player mentalityJob ResponsibilitiesWhat you will do ..Prepare and develop technical demonstrations of our software in order to explain our company's products or services to prospects and customersDiscuss and invoke conversation around needs and pains in the HR tech space with customersCollaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support both before and during callsOwn all elements of the technical sales cycleListen to customers' technical requirements and needs and relay this feedback/information back to the product for developmentSolicit and log client feedback and evaluate the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customersAssist in training members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the HiBob products and servicesThought-leadership on HR topics including current and future technologies and market trendsJob BenefitsJoin our villageHiBob is a village filled with amazing people and we’re especially proud of that.
