Talent Acquisition Manager About us:A leading global technology and infrastructure company is looking for a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager.This is a full-time onsite position based in central Israel near Ramat Gan.About the role:We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to build and lead global recruitment processes that will support the hiring efforts and a growth strategy.In this role, you will be responsible for building and executing a recruitment strategy, working closely with the hiring managers including C level , attracting top talent, and ensuring an exceptional candidate's experience.Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy.Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of technical and non-technical roles across multiple regions.Monitor global talent trends and continuously adapt recruitment strategies to align with current and future business needs.Manage the recruitment budget in line with business growth and headcount planning.Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top candidates.Partner closely with managers to understand team needs and provide professional guidance throughout the hiring process.Get involved in broader HR activities – onboarding, engagement, welfare, and organizational culture.Be a true partner to the business, balancing hands-on work with a strategic approach.Requirements:6+ years of experience in recruitment – in tech, engineering, or industrial environments.2 +years of experience in managing leading recruitment roles- must.Proven ability in leveraging a wide range of sourcing tools and methodologies.Deep understanding of diverse professional profiles (technical and business), compensation frameworks, and candidate evaluation practicesBachelor’s degree in a relevant field- must; Fluent in both English and Hebrew, written and spokenStrong leadership and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.A committed, independent, and energetic professional who loves working with peopleWhy join?Be part of a global company leading advanced smart infrastructure projects.A chance to grow from recruitment into a full HRBP scope with real influence.A dynamic, supportive work environment where initiative and accountability are valued.
