Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kohuwala for a Sales Executive (Solar) at Kent Engineers. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, and preparing and presenting sales proposals. Key tasks include meeting sales goals, conducting market research, collaborating with the engineering and marketing teams to develop strategies, and ensuring prompt communication with stakeholders for project execution and client satisfaction. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve and exceed targetsProficiency in market research and analysis to identify business opportunitiesExcellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with the renewable energy sector, especially solar power solutionsProven ability to prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposalsSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independentlyA bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferredPrevious experience in technical sales, particularly in renewable energy, will be advantageous
