Company DescriptionA subsidiary of QINGONG International Group focusing on SINOTRUK trucks, SHANTUI machinery, and smart logistics solutions in the Indonesian mining industry.Role DescriptionAs a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our presence in Indonesia's heavy machinery and commercial vehicle market. Your responsibilities include:Identifying and approaching potential customers in industries such as construction, mining, logistics, and infrastructure.Promoting SINOTRUK trucks and SHANTUI machinery by providing accurate product information, technical understanding, and tailored recommendations.Managing the full sales cycle: lead generation, customer visits, quotation preparation, negotiation, and deal closing.Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and providing after-sales support in coordination with the service team.Monitoring market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to support strategy development and sales improvement.Preparing sales reports and forecasts for management review.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, Business, or related fields.Able to use English or Mandarin as a working language.Experience in heavy equipment sales, commercial vehicle sales, or digital/new media marketing is a plus.Familiarity with heavy equipment, trucks, or mining industry products (preferred).Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Understanding of B2B sales processes; experience in tender or project-based sales is an advantage.Ability to use CRM tools and prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.Good knowledge of the local market and existing customer networks is highly preferred.Willingness to travel for customer meetings or site visits.Target-driven, proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
