The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong ability to build relationships with clients. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships.Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels (networking, cold calling, referrals, etc.)Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needsDevelop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirementsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retentionNegotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targetsCollaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategiesMonitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategiesPrepare regular sales reports and forecasts for managementAttend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the companyRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldProven experience in sales, preferably in high end real estateStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent negotiation and closing skillsHigh Motivation skillsA results-oriented mindset with a strong desire to achieve targetsAt PT Putragaya Wahana, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
