Thisrole involves managing and strengthening brand and retailer relationships, identifying newbusiness opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to exceed client expectations.Responsibilities:Account Management & Client RelationsManage multiple accounts for the Creme portfolio of brands, fostering positive relationships with both existing and new retail partners.Drive client retention and satisfaction by maintaining regular communication and providing exceptional service.Sales Strategy & OperationsCollaborate with CSO, VP of Sales, Associate Account Managers, and Order Processing/Office Administrator to oversee daily operational and sales processes.Develop and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives and client needs.CRM & Sales AnalyticsMaintain accurate customer activity records within the CRM system for enhanced efficiency and visibility.Analyze sales data to monitor forecasting accuracy and align with the brand's monthly sales plans, making strategic adjustments based on market trends.Retailer & Market InsightsIdentify retailer-specific needs, gaps, and opportunities to drive business growth for clients.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.Business Development & NegotiationIdentify, evaluate, and secure partnerships with new premium retailersLead negotiations on terms, forecasts, and expectations, ensuring alignment with business goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.Marketing & Brand ExecutionDevelop, propose, and execute tailored marketing plans for each account to optimize brand visibility and sales performance.Partner with internal teams to support promotional initiatives and ensure seamless execution.Other duties may be assigned as necessary.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to execute each essential dutyeffectively. Minimum of 5 years of experience in beauty retail sales and account management.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and Keynote.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
