Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Progressor to join our Accounts success team. This is a key role assisting our conveyancing operations, ensuring smooth and timely progress of property transactions from offer to completion.This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple conversations confidently. Prior experience in a call centre, customer service, or property-related environment would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the conveyancing team by managing day-to-day progress of property transactionsChase other side solicitors for updates, outstanding documents, and responsesLiaise with management companies to obtain required information and ensure timely repliesFollow up with clients regarding enquiries, documents, and updatesAssist with onboarding new cases, ensuring all information is accurately recordedKeep detailed records of all correspondence and progress updatesProvide a high standard of customer service at all timesGrowth & Development PlanThis role is designed as an entry point into the conveyancing and property sector, with clear progression paths based on performance and interest.Within 12-18 months, depending on capability and experience gained, the Junior Sales Progressor can progress to one of the following paths:Conveyancing Operations Track:Move into a Conveyancing Support role, assisting fee earners with more complex file management and legal documentationWith further training, progress towards becoming a Fee Earner / Case Handler, managing cases independently under supervisionSales & Client Relations Track:Transition into a Sales Executive or Client Onboarding Specialist role, handling inbound leads and building agent or client relationshipsLater, move into Account Management or Business Development, focusing on scaling relationships with estate agents and referral partnersTraining, mentorship, and structured learning will be provided at each stage to ensure professional growth and confidence.RequirementsEssential:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailConfident phone manner and ability to manage multiple conversationsComfortable working with digital tools, CRMs, and office softwareA proactive, problem-solving mindsetDesirable:Experience in conveyancing, property, or estate agencyPrior experience in a call centre or customer service roleUnderstanding of the conveyancing process or willingness to learnBenefitsRole to be paid in GBP with a UK ContractCompetitive salary commensurate with experience: Salary range from Rs. 150,000 - Rs. 300,000/month, paid in GBP, depending on experience levelOpportunities for professional development and career progressionSupportive work environment with a focus on work-life balanceUK work hours apply
