SALES REPRESENTATIVE – DIGITAL & ACCESS SOLUTIONS CATEGORY: SALES AND MARKETINGLOCATION: ACCRA Our client, a global leader in access solutions, is seeking to hire an experienced Sales Representative to promote and drive sales of its Digital Access Solutions. ROLE PROFILEThe successful candidate will be responsible for calling distributors, end users, architects, consultants, system integrators, installers, and more. The job holder will be promoting and selling the full range of our clients’ Digital and Access Solution products for all retail, commercial, and project purposes. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIESManage and coordinate various organizational functional areas for the business unit Forecast sales target monthly with the Managing Director Develop & execute brand plan and be responsible for achieving and exceeding set sales targets Create new distribution network & increase value to existing chain Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities Create, develop, and close new business opportunities Work with the marketing and leadership team to develop and execute sales and marketing strategiesBuild a portfolio of clients, both existing and new, develop quotes and proposals for clients, and maintain accurate customer and proposal records Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations and demonstrations showing the capabilities of the product range Contract negotiation and management of customer expectationsBuild and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure that return business is generatedProvide the most appropriate solution to satisfy your client’s requirementsClose new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.Provide accurate forecasting and activity information to the Managing Director on a planned and agreed basisAchieve budgeted (as a minimum) product revenue and margin (monthly & yearly).Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives and achieve targeted product market share.Present sales pipeline and target reports to business stakeholders.Become and remain fully skilled in all existing and new technologies offered by the companyConduct sales calls, presentations, architect CPD’s (Continuing Professional Development), etc.Responsible for timely and accurate reportingHandles end-to-end solutions for clients (from cold call to installation and debt collection)Perform other duties assigned by the company to meet requirements EDUCATION/EXPERIENCEA minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited university with courses in construction management, architectural design, IT, and computer systems is highly desirableMinimum 3 years of sales experience in access control, security installation, construction, or building materials industry, with 2 years in a sales management role·      Must have a valid driver’s license and passport    REQUIREMENTS·      Proven track record in distributor management and supported field sales in the mentioned region·      Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook ·      Ability to present ·      Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships and collaborating across teams.·      Skilled at negotiating outcomes while efficiently prioritising and managing tasks to meet deadlines.·      Must have technical aptitude in building construction, electromechanical, and IT networking is desired ·      Ability to read and understand specifications and facility standards. ·      Ability to read and understand specifications and facility standards. ·      Must be knowledgeable of the industry and the roles of end user-owner, architect, construction manager, general contractor, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consultants, quantity surveyors To apply, please send CVS to: salesmgr.pjkt@gmail.com
