Job Description

Establish and strengthen FLANDERS South Africa’s position as a trusted partner to both new and existing customers by actively engaging with them, understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and proactively supporting their reliability and maintenance planningHunter Position – aggressively seek new opportunities to reach and exceed assigned revenue targets Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and building relationships with potential customersProspect and qualify new sales leadsManage and grow existing clients accounts to achieve sales targetsAchieve set sales quota’s, KPI’s, and various sales metrics set by executive managementStay updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitor activitiesUp & Cross Sell diverse offerings of industrial & technical products and services across parent company portfolio, including sister company product linesMaintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback using CRM toolsBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsServe as single point of contact for accounts & territoryCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer supportManage expectations of the customer and FLANDERS to deliver the most successful results possible every timeOrganize and plan customer meetings (in-person and virtual), presentations, workshops, and site visitsEngage in and contribute to sales meetings and initiatives for planning, strategizing and successfully implementing sales objectives Travel within the region for customer meetings, site visits, sales meetings, industry events, joint sales calls, training eventsCommunicate competitive market information to help sales support team build competitive bids.
