About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with distribution partners, expanding market presence, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Key Responsibilities • Maintain continuous communication with distribution centers, sales channels, and authorized product agents. • Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers to present products, solutions, and services. • Prepare regular reports on customer visits, meetings, and activities, and submit them to the Sales Manager. • Collect and record customer feedback, follow up on issues, and ensure timely resolution. • Compile performance reports for sales agents and communicate results to the Sales Manager. • Collaborate with the Finance Department to ensure timely collection of customer payments. • Continuously update knowledge of the target industry, staying aligned with technological trends and global developments. • Attend relevant trade shows and exhibitions to identify potential customers and prepare detailed reports for management. • Demonstrate strong teamwork and leadership abilities, with a clear drive for career growth and professional development.Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). • Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer relations. • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working in a dynamic environment. • Willingness to travel for customer visits or industry events.Preferred Qualifications (Optional) • Experience working in distribution-based markets. • Familiarity with CRM systems. • Background in technical or industrial products.
