One of Israel’s leading nursing- care organizations is looking for a Senior Salesforce Implementer to join our core IT systems team.The role includes end-to-end responsibility for Salesforce processes, close collaboration with development and QA teams, and direct work with internal customers.Key Responsibilities:Gathering requirements and writing specifications and User StoriesImplementing and configuring Salesforce processesManaging sub-projects and coordinating multiple stakeholdersSupporting users during testing, go-live, and daily operationsWorking with ALM tools (Azure DevOps Server)Requirements:At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experienceSalesforce Administrator certificationExperience with Azure DevOps Server or similar toolsExperience working directly with users and customersAvailability for occasional after-hours workAdvantage: additional Salesforce certifications, healthcare/elder-care sector experience, solution design background, academic degreeSkills:Strong analytical and self-management skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesHigh service orientation and ability to understand complex processes
