Talent Acquisition Partner & Team Lead

We’re looking for a talented Technical Talent Acquisition Partner & Team Lead to join our outsourcing division and lead a team of tech recruiters.What will you do?Manage a team of 6–7 recruitment coordinatorsProvide professional leadership: prioritize open positions, allocate workload, and offer ongoing support for daily challengesTrain, mentor, and guide new recruiters while ensuring continuous knowledge sharing within the teamTake responsibility for meeting recruitment goals and conducting regular performance reviewsManage monthly tracking reports and present recruitment status updatesWhy join us?
