Remote Recruiter – Semiconductors We are helping one of our client to recruit experienced and motivated recruiter/sourcer.This role is ideal for professionals who can manage diverse positions, build strong client relationships, and deliver results independently.What You’ll Be Doing:Partner with HR, hiring managers and department heads to understand needs and contribute to building the recruitment/sourcing strategySource and evaluate potential candidates utilizing cold calls, job boards, social networking and internal databaseInterview prospective candidates via video or phone to conduct an initial assessmentDetermine appropriate recruiting sources for posting open positionsProvide excellent customer service to both candidates and department headsSource candidates and build a network to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for both for current and future open rolesReview resumes, conduct initial screenings, and evaluate their skills, qualifications, and cultural fitCoordinate recruiting activities including the creation of requisitions for posting, interview scheduling, and internal feedback callsGenerate target lists and provide contact detailsWhat We’re Looking For:Minimum 4 years of recruiting experienceExperience recruiting to Semiconductors industryProven success in managing multiple roles and clients simultaneouslyStrong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skillsComfortable with remote work, self-managed schedules, and performance-driven environments
