Operations Manager / HR – Relocation to APACA well-established international healthcare provider is seeking a hands-on, strategic Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management and coordination of multiple medical establishments within the same city in a developing country in Asia. This is a pivotal on-the-ground role requiring strong operational leadership, people management skills, and an understanding of / interest in HR processes.While we cannot disclose the specific country at this stage, the role requires close coordination across sites and a strong on-the-ground presence.This is a mission-critical role demanding strategic insight, agility, and the ability to manage diverse teams and shifting business needs with speed and confidence.Job Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across multiple healthcare sites, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and quality of serviceOversee HR-related activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relationsLead or support strategic operational projects aimed at improving efficiency, scalability, and service qualityDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goalsOversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and retention strategiesSupport expatriate relocation, work permits, and documentation in coordination with HR and legal teamsMonitor performance metrics and implement process improvements across sitesEnsure compliance with local labour laws, safety regulations, and company policiesUse data-driven insights to elevate performance, engagement, and team dynamicsBe a trusted advisor to senior leadership and a bridge to multicultural, cross-functional teamsLiaise with external partners, legal counsel, and regulatory bodies as neededLead and develop an HR team across multiple site locationsRequirements: MUST: 5–7+ years of progressive Operations / HR experience, preferably in fast-paced or regulated environmentsMUST: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Law, or Business (mandatory for work permit eligibility)MUST: Strong Operational / HR knowledge with a collaborative mindsetMUST: Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsMUST: Willingness to be relocated to the APAC region, with occasional local travelExperience working in international or multicultural teamsSolid understanding of HR operations, compliance, and employee lifecycleAbility to manage multiple priorities, communicate with clarity, and solve problems proactivelyUnshakable under pressure, proactive in finding smart solutionsWhat’s Offered:A powerful, high-visibility leadership role with global influenceCompetitive compensation and benefitsCareer progression in a rapidly expanding healthcare companyA collaborative, multicultural environment where your voice mattersMake a real difference in people’s lives, every day.
