This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business processes, gather requirements, and design effective SAP solutions.The SAP Functional Analyst also serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the successful delivery of SAP projects and enhancements.What You'll Do At UiPathCollaborate with business users to understand their needs and translate them into SAP requirements SAP S/4HANAConduct detailed analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and Implement business approved configuration to meet business requirementsPerform gap analysis to determine the necessary customization for S/4HANA implementation or enhancementSupport integration of S/4HANA with other systems and ensure smooth data flows between modules and external applicationsDevelop test scenarios, conduct unit and integration testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business usersValidate that SAP S/4HANA configurations meet business requirements and resolve any issues before deploymentEnsure data integrity and accurate reporting within the S/4HANA environmentDocument system processes, configurations, and workflows for reference and future enhancementsProvide ongoing support and guidance to ensure business users are proficient in using SAP S/4HANAWhat You'll Bring To The TeamProven experience as an SAP Business Analyst with a focus on S/4HANA implementations and configurationsStrong understanding of core SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., SAP FI, SAP AA (Asset Accounting), Intercompany, Lease) etc.Experience with SAP S/4HANA configuration and system integrationExperience in business process modeling and optimization using S/4HANAAbility to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the S/4HANA environmentExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirementsStrong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skillsSAP S/4HANA certification is a plusAbility to work in a multicultural and distributed context (e.g., IT project teams and business stakeholders in disperse locations around the worldAbility to work in a hybrid model (onsite, remote, international travel)Quick learner and easy adaptable to new technologiesProblem solver and the ability to define and communicate the “big picture” in terms of the overall integration solution and break it down into smaller manageable work units.Proven experience: Proven participation in large size projects with a delivery coordination role is a plusMinimum 5 years' experience in S/4 HANA FinanceCore Finance background with Certification in S/4 HANA Finance or any automation/Innovation tool is a plus.Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job?
