We’re seeking a SAP Systems Engineer to join our fast-paced Engineering Department, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving performance through real-time system monitoring and process optimisation.What You Will Be Doing:Manage order release into the warehouse pick environmentMonitor and troubleshoot Wave Management and replenishment processesCoordinate pick sequencing and outbound dispatchHandle emergency orders and route progress queriesProduce ad hoc reports and escalate issues as neededOversee planning of warehouse orders to meet departure timesDocument shift performance through hourly and daily reportsCoordinate customer requests, cancellations, and order modificationsPlan for scheduled downtime and assess operational impactLiaise with internal and external vendors to resolve issuesIdentify and implement operational improvementsWhat We Are Looking For:Honours Degree in Engineering or related discipline3–4 years’ experience in process engineering or warehouse systemsExperience in FMCG, manufacturing, or pharmaceutical sectorsSAP, S/4HANA, EWM, WMS, and EDI experience highly desirableLean Six Sigma qualification is a strong advantageAbout Us:Wills Consultants is an independent recruitment consultancy specialising in engineering, finance and office professionals.
