Five Rivers Analytics is looking for a Satellite Operations Technicians to work in Barrigada, Guam. To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today!ResponsibilitiesConfigures, operates and maintains assigned systems during satellite support, test, and maintenance activitiesInitiates, directs and verifies completion of all operational events during the acquisition, tracking and commanding functions of each operational supportPerforms SCR duties as requiredMaintains cognizance of station equipment statusPerforms COMSEC duties as requiredAssists with repairs and alignment of equipment IAW TOs/TMs or commercial manualsAssists with Preventive Maintenance Inspection (PMI) activitiesMaintains vehicle foldersPrepares daily activity log entries in appropriate electronic systemsPerforms all required systems administration on mission related equipmentMay assist in providing on-the-job training to trainees as assigned or directedPerforms other collateral duties as assigned or directedQualificationsActive Secret security clearance, or higherMust have, or be able to obtain within six (6) months of starting work, a DoD 140.03 IAT Level II compliant certification (e.g. Security+ CE, Cloud +, GICSP, GSEC, or SSCP)Associate degree in Electronics, or equivalent experienceMust be able to climb high ladders, work on elevated platforms and antennasMust be able to perform strenuous physical work to include walking, lifting, pulling loads, bending, kneeling, sitting and reaching overheadMust possess strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environmentMust be able to read, write and clearly speak EnglishMust be familiar with the use of and be able to operate electronic test equipment to include multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, frequency counters, signal generators, power meters, and data analyzersPosition may require additional government certifications, as necessaryJob ID2025-20287Work TypeOn-SiteCompany DescriptionWork Where it MattersFive Rivers Analytics (FRA), an Akima company, is not just another federal IT contractor.
