Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to supervise and support the day-to-day operations of our Support Services Department. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of all operational support functions, including account processing, maintenance, and reconciliation activities. You'll oversee a skilled team and help drive operational excellence while fostering a culture of high-quality member service.A successful candidate must be a team player with strong leadership and organizational skills and demonstrate professionalism in all member and team interactions. This individual must be able to uphold and promote Coast360’s service excellence standards while ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements. A high school or general equivalency (GED) is required, along with a minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in member or customer service within a full-service financial institution and at least one (1) year in a supervisory capacity; or any equivalent combination of formal training and/or experience that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities thereof.
