FlowTex EGYPT is a leading contracting company, who introduced the Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) to the Egyptian market its main Goal is to provide large scales of Horizontal Directional Drilling services within Egypt and be renowned globally. As a leading Contractor for HDD - HDD process is the advanced Trenchless Technology that is used all over the World for the installation of underground services such as fiber optic cables, electrical cables, telecommunication cables, gas lines, crude oil lines, sewer lines, water lines, shore approaches as well as otherenvironmental applications.Key Responsibilities:1. Office Coordination Order and manage office supplies to ensure availability and proper inventory levels. Record and process invoices, ensuring they are forwarded to the finance department. Conduct a final review and audit of all company expenses and invoices, verifying corrections made by the financial department. Obtain the final signature from the Chairman for approval after ensuring all discrepancies are resolved. Manage the planning, procurement, and distribution of company giveaways and gifts in coordination with the Chairman. Assist with event planning, office functions, and related logistics.2. Administrative Support Manage incoming and outgoing packages (e.g., DHL, Aramex, international couriers). Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings. Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation. Notify staff promptly of guest arrivals for visitor management.3. Front Desk Operations Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Managing and maintaining office files, records, and documentation. Handling office supplies and inventory management. Performing general administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and faxing.Requirements: Bachelor of Commerce degree (is a must), Major of Accounting. Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role of 5 to 10 years. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good luck!
