As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain open communication with staff and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at financial institution locations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with emergency response activities as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols inside the financial institution and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for unusual conditions. Report suspicious activities and/or potential security-related hazards to appropriate personnel or authorities. Monitor access control and verify identification of individuals entering restricted areas within the financial institution. Document and communicate incidents, observations, and/or issues in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols. Support a welcoming environment while helping to deter prohibited activities through visible presence and engagement with clients and visitors. Minimum Requirements At least one year of security-related experience is required. Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
