With over 500 events organized, more than 1 million total attendees, and 100,000+ participants annually, we deliver high-energy music and lifestyle experiences that blend culture, entertainment, and innovation. Responsibilities⭐Sponsorship & Partnership SalesIdentify, approach, and pitch sponsorship and partnership opportunities to potential clients.Develop customized proposals and presentations that align with clients’ marketing and branding objectives.Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue targets.⭐Project Presentation & Product OfferingPresent company’s event projects, concert concepts, and entertainment products to corporate clients and brands.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, production) to ensure sponsorship packages meet both client and event needs.⭐Client Servicing & Relationship ManagementAct as the main point of contact for sponsors and partners before, during, and after events.Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain long-term business relationships.Ensure sponsor deliverables and brand activations are executed successfully on-site.⭐Market Research & StrategyResearch industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to develop new partnership opportunities.Work with management to create innovative sponsorship packages and business models.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.5 years+ of experience in sales, sponsorship, partnership, or account management (experience in Event/Entertainment industry is a plus).Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Customer-oriented with ability to build and maintain relationships.Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets.Good command of spoken and written Thai and English.#CareerOppotunity #Hiring #BangkokJobs #AccountExecutive #Sale #Partnership #AE
