Senior Accounts Officer

IFM Quality Services is seeking a Senior Accounts Officer for immediate start to work in its Ingleburn offices supporting IFM's international laboratory quality assurance business.Australian work rights are required for this position.A minimum degree level qualification in accounting is required.The successful applicant must be knowledgeable in all areas of accounting and have a sound knowledge of Access Attache with a minimum of 3-years hands-on experience across the below listed tasks. IFM employs numerous in-house software applications which integrate operational activities with Access Attache in order to facilitate and assist with a range of accounts activities.Tasks will include, but are not limited to:Customer order processing, from quotation to initiating fulfilmentCustomer invoicing and paymentsOverdue Invoice Follow-upSupplier purchasing, from order placement to receipt of goods recording, invoicing and paymentsCustomer and Supplier information updatesPayroll preparation, including lodgement of superannuation (Payroll processing experience is essential)Inventory record maintenance and entry of Inventory transactionsBAS preparation (experience is essential)Financial reportingBank and credit card account reconciliationsTo Apply:In addition to your resume, please send a covering letter expressing why you believe you are a great candidate for this position.
