The ideal candidate will have experience working on acquisitions, ideally coming from an auditing background.Key Responsibilities:Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and internal/external reports.Analyse financial performance, trends, and key indicators to provide insights to management.Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and monitoring of actuals vs targets.Conduct cost analysis to identify efficiency opportunities and cost-reduction initiatives.Develop financial models, projections, and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.Evaluate risks, opportunities, investment proposals, and business cases.Partner with cross-functional teams to gather data and support business initiatives.Maintain accurate financial records, ensure compliance, and support internal/external audits.Assist in strengthening financial controls and drive process improvements.Interpret and apply accounting standards to financial statements.Provide guidance and support to junior team members.About You:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) required.Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Previous experience with acquisitions.Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.Expert knowledge of financial analysis and reporting.Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques.Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Expert knowledge of interpretation and application of accounting standards to financial statements.Attention to detail and ability to work with complex data.Why Join Us?Be part of something amazing and join us on our growth journey!Ongoing learning & development focused on your career ambitionsFlexible working opportunitiesWe foster a culture where our people are encouraged to seek opportunities to grow and achieve their career aspirations
