In Germany - BerlinWe are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our AI Product Team and participate in implementing our roadmap for our next-generation pricing via embedding AI workflows into our sales and marketing platforms, such as B2B and consumer goods pricing as well as retail pricing and dynamic pricing software platforms. You will design, build, and optimize agentic AI-driven workflows—spanning LLM interaction development and semantic context awareness in addition to full workflow automation and observability. Collaborate with backend and frontend engineers to integrate AI components seamlessly into the SaaS architecture.Run experiments, track performance metrics, and continuously optimize AI LLM model behavior.Build tooling for prompt versioning, testing, and deployment pipelines.About YouTechnical ExpertiseYou have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.Programming background in Java and Python.Proven experience designing and implementing AI workflows and utilizing the LangChain frameworkDeep knowledge of utilizing knowledge representation techniques and graph databases (e.g., Neo4j, TigerGraph).Proficiency in building AI evalsKnowledge of MCP servers and multi-agent collaborationFamiliarity with monitoring and observability tools for AI (e.g. Braintrust or Arize)Familiarity with with ML/NLP Classifiers Understanding of data pipelines and analytics workflows.Experience & Delivery5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years in an AI engineering role.Demonstrated ability to act hands-on with a can-do attitude to embed cutting-edge AI into our high-impact pricing product domainsExperience working with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.Nice to haveExperience in pricing, fintech, or B2B SaaS platforms.Familiarity with automation frameworks like n8nExposure to machine learning / optimization algorithms applied specifically to pricing or similar domains.Have we sparked your interest?
