Monee is a leading digital payments and financial services provider in Southeast Asia.Job Description:As a member of the HQ Regional Controllership Team in Sea Finance, you serve as a vital link between HQ Finance and LATAM finance teams by leading the rollout of key initiatives and strategic developments.Play a key role in overseeing and guiding country finance teams within the region on all Finance-related initiatives driven from HQ levelManage and oversee the cash flow forecasts and projections to effectively manage cash balancesDevelop financial policies and procedures in compliance with group level requirements and local GAAPLead crucial projects in revenue recognition, process improvement, system implementation and other group level initiatives while managing stakeholders from diverse backgroundsSeek excellence and continuous improvement through reviewing current business models, identify potential finance and tax risks and proposing feasible solutions to the managementAssist business through providing data, insights and analytics to support the team in making the right data driven decisionsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related disciplineMinimum 4 years of relevant full time working experienceStrong team player with experience in leading, developing and growing teamsPassionate in the finance space and loves to challenge the status quoComfortable working in a dynamic environment while delivering desired resultsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders from diverse backgroundsStrong logical and analytical thinking skills with attention to detail and accuracyProficient in Microsoft ExcelExperience with voluminous data management, statistics and research methodology will be a plusBig 4 accounting firm desired but not a mustWilling to travel to local market within LATAM for business tripsSea is an Accredited Training Organization for the Singapore CA Qualification, a Recognized Employer Partner of CPA Australia, and an Authorised Training Employer of ICAEW.
