Senior Associate – Data Analytics (Power BI & Microsoft Ecosystem) (US Calendar - US Shift)

We’re looking for a Senior Associate – Data Analytics to join H Connect International, a leading business transformation firm under the Hirdaramani Group. If you love building powerful dashboards, automating workflows, and solving problems with data, this role is for you.What You’ll Do: • Build advanced Power BI dashboards for monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports. • Connect and retrieve data from APIs, databases, and other systems. • Integrate Power BI with Power Apps and Power Automate for seamless workflows. • Develop internal Power Apps and automate Microsoft 365 processes. • Use DAX, Power Query (M), Python, and Excel for deep analysis and insights. • Collaborate with Product and Data teams to deliver reports and automations that matter.What We’re Looking For: • 3-4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar. • Advanced Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL, Python, and Excel skills. • Experience with API integrations and enterprise-level reporting. • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, IT, Computer Science, or related field. • Power BI or Microsoft Data Analyst certification preferred. • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.If you’re someone who turns data into decisions and automation into impact, we’d love to meet you.Apply now via EASY APPLLY or send your CV to careers@hconnectint.com
