We are the largest and most exciting agency bookkeeping firm in the US. 8 Figure Finance is also one of the fastest-growing, most tech-forward bookkeeping firms in the industry.You’ll get to work with clients across all kinds of industries, business models, and complexity levels.Now, we’re looking for a Senior Bookkeeper with full-cycle experience and a passion for process improvement… someone who can own onboarding, lead the numbers, and set new clients up for long-term success.A Day in This Role Could Look Like:You hop on Zoom with a brand-new client to walk them through our onboarding framework. Their books are a mess. But you’ve seen worse.You calmly break the chaos into clear next steps, flag red flags early, and outline a plan that gets everyone aligned. Then, you bring in the right team, assign ownership, and lead the charge.After the call, you’re reviewing AR/AP workflows, setting reconciliation priorities, and mapping out the cleanup plan that helps the client sleep at night again.You get to help build the biggest agency accounting firm in the US. Drafting SOPs. Creating checklists. Managing workload across the team. Spotting capacity issues before they become fires. Delegating smartly to keep everything moving.By the end of the day, the client feels calm. The team feels clear.
