The Service is responsible for driving the ongoing evolution of ICT capability across SAPOL, through the delivery of high-quality ICT change programs. The Service is structured across four core pillars: Strategy, Innovation and Engagement; Program Delivery; Operational Services; and Security and Assurance.Program Delivery is accountable for the successful delivery of business outcomes from a large portfolio of projects. This full portfolio has been broken into three sub-portfolios to deliver on the business outcomes.The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for undertaking a full range of business analysis and coordination related activities for the South Australian Firearms Register Project, including:stakeholder education and coordination.business process and data modelling.requirements management.identification and documentation of required business and system changes.coordination of the required solution changes including, as relevant, Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) products, custom developed solutions and other solution components (including Workflow, Reports and Interfaces).developing and applying a business analysis framework suitable for Agile and cloud-based product delivery; and provision of advice to managers and steering committees in relation to project initiatives.Special ConditionsThe incumbent must hold a current Australian work eligibility status and will be subject to a criminal history check.The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL’s iEngage program.SalaryASO7 - $108,109 - $116,864 per annum.EnquiriesJohn Brakejohn.brake@hays.com.auApplication InstructionsAll applications must be submitted online.Applicants must submit a covering letter (two pages) addressing the essential minimum requirements of the role outlined in the Position Information Document, a current resume and the contact information of three referees including your current line manager.
