Job Description

The Senior Change Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing the Change Delivery Team as well as leading WAVE initiatives in the Reserves & Central and Corporate Divisions.Each of the three Change Delivery Managers will be aligned to one of the Medicine, Surgery & Diagnostics and Women & Children Divisions’ Operations, Medical, Nursing, IT, HE and Finance teams to lead on 1 or 2 of the divisions WAVE initiatives and to provide governance and support for the rest of the Division’s WAVE initiatives.In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Trust’s Working to Achieve Value and Excellence (WAVE) programme. While the divisions will be responsible for delivering their initiatives, you will be responsible for providing transformation, improvement, change management and delivery support for your assigned division. You will also be responsible for supporting your division in providing the required governance and assurance to the WAVE Oversight & Assurance Group on the progress of initiatives. You will also own multiple Trust-wide initiatives.As a Senior Change Delivery Manager, you will integrate NHS Quality Improvement (QI) principles into your work, utilising proven methodologies and tools to drive measurable improvements. By embedding QI strategies, you will enhance care delivery processes, reduce variation, and create sustainable improvements.
