Could it be you?About The RoleAs a Senior Consultant – Business Analyst, you will make an impact by translating complex business needs into actionable solutions that drive transformation and alignment across business and IT teams. You will be a valued member of our Insurance Consulting team and work collaboratively with the internal stakeholders, the offshore team, and clients.In This Role, You Will Lead requirement gathering sessions to capture and structure business needs into clear, actionable specifications. Bridge communication between business and IT stakeholders, ensuring alignment of goals and deliverables. Develop and validate business cases and project charters that reflect strategic objectives and operational realities. Analyze user needs and translate them into system solutions that support business strategy and technology integration. Support full lifecycle delivery, ensuring consistency between requirements and outputs across design, development, and testing. Document functional and non-functional requirements, contributing to high-quality solution design and implementation.Work modelWe believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 1-2 days a week in a client in Tokyo.
