Here are some of the perks and rewards.Remote workCompetitive compensation & bonus structureNo cost medical plan option availablePaid training programs and tuition reimbursementSafety-focused cultureWhat You’ll DoKey liaison between North American Operations and the Learning & Development team, driving strategic initiatives to enhance technician capabilities across the region.Lead efforts to identify skill gaps, shape development plans, and manage technical training programs for over 800 techniciansTeam with the Learning and Development Team regarding development needs, training calendars, new product training, and other learning initiatives.Drive completion and tracking of individual technician development plans.Provide insights and recommendations on optimal technician level distributionManage development programs including Tech-X, Apprenticeship initiatives, and Grant Opportunities.Travel ~30-50% overnight is expected.We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Human Resources, or related field.Experience in workforce development, operations, or technical training program management.Experience working with large technician populations or field service teams is highly desirable.Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), data analytics tools, and reporting platforms.We recruit the best talent.
